Itinerary
Day 1 - Saturday
London
Welcome to Britain's vibrant capital - London. On arrival take your high speed rail transfer to the City Centre, from there a short cab ride to your hotel, where the rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2 - Sunday
London
Today is a free day to explore the vibrant and historic City of London. Why not visit some of the world's best Museums, follow in the footsteps of royalty, shop in Soho and end the day in a chic restaurant or a cozy traditional English pub.

Day 3 - Monday
Salisbury & Wilton House
Depart London for the ancient city of Bath, but not before a tour of Salisbury's spectacular Cathedral built in 1220. Onwards then to visit Wilton House, the ancestral home of the Earl's of Pembroke. We then continue onto the Heritage city of Bath, passing by Stonehenge and Iron Age hill forts and legendary sites of where King Arthur and his fabled Round Table knights took on the Saxon invaders.

Day 4 - Tuesday
Bath & Glastonbury Abbey
This morning we will take a close look at the beautiful city of Bath, including the remarkably preserved 2000 years old Roman Baths. After lunch, we will visit the evocative ruins of Glastonbury Abbey, the oldest Christian sanctuary in the British Isles and the legendary burial place of King Arthur. We will then continue onto Bath via Cheddar Gorge and return to the hotel.

Day 5 - Wednesday
Plymouth
Today we head for Plymouth to visit Exeter Cathedral, before continuing onto the colony town of Totnes with it's unique art and craft shops. In the afternoon we join a cruise down the scenic River Dart to Dartmouth, the home of the Britannia Royal Naval College. Then a short drive to Plymouth, the “capital” of the West Country, for a panoramic tour of the city.

Day 6 - Thursday
Cornwall
Today we will head into Cornwall for a visit to the international Award winning Eden Project. We then drive along the rugged Cornish coastline then will head north to Lanhydrock House. Return along the edge of Bodmin Moor past Jamaica Inn (Daphne Du Maurier) to your Hotel.

Day 7 - Friday
Lacock & Avebury
This morning we visit the village of Lacock, where you will have time to stroll around it's streets. The unspoilt village has been the location of many films; most recently - Harry Potter. Our final visit will be the World Heritage Avebury stone circle, one of the most important Megalithic monuments in Europe. We return to London in the early evening.

This morning after a hearty breakfast it's time to head back home.
